Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Because premium templates are digital products and access is granted permanently after verification, refunds are generally not provided once an entitlement has been approved.

2. Pending Cancellations

If you have submitted a payment proof but it has not yet been approved by an administrator, you may cancel your payment from the checkout screen to prevent processing.
